Codenames: Duet is the cooperative version of the successful party game Codenames for 2 (or more) players. Will you manage to find all 15 spies and avoid the enemy assassins within a limited number of turns? The 200 new cards can be combined with the Codenames base game.
In Codenames Duet, you and your partner are on a secret mission in a crowded city. You must make contact with 15 spies and evade enemy assassins. You know which spies your partner can safely contact. Your partner knows for you. Give each other one-word clues that match multiple words and try to find all the spies before time runs out.
Codenames Duet is a cooperative version of the successful party game Codenames for 2 (or more) players. Together, try to find all the spies within a limited number of turns. All players have their own key which indicates which words your fellow player has to guess and which 3 he has to avoid. A clue consists of only 1 word, but can refer to several words you want your partner to guess. The other person also gives clues for words you should guess. If you both find all the words before time runs out, you have won. With the mission block, you are always discovering new ways to play this game and it never gets boring. Duet contains 400 new words! You can also combine it with the base game of Codenames.
